Kathmandu sits at approximately 1,400 meters above sea level, resulting in a ~15% drop in air density. This directly decreases the mass flow rate of air across the condenser fins, requiring a minimum of 12% to 18% expansion of the condenser coil surface area to maintain targeted subcooling levels and avoid compressor head-pressure faults.

To ensure high durability under the humid conditions of the Terai plains and acidic mountain rainfall, we use anti-corrosion hydrophilic blue fin materials, high-purity seamless copper tubes, and structural galvanized steel frames finished with outdoor epoxy powder coatings. Each FNH and FNV condenser is tested under 3.0 MPa nitrogen pressure prior to shipment to verify complete system tightness and leak resistance.
