China Sandwich Roof Panels with PIR/PUR Foam Core - Top Suppliers & Factory Solutions for Insulation and Aesthetics

Sandwich roof panels have emerged as a top choice in the construction industry, particularly for commercial and industrial buildings. These panels are engineered to deliver outstanding insulation, structural strength, and visual appeal, making them suitable for diverse roofing needs, Manufactured in China, our sandwich roof panels feature a core composed of PIR (polyisocyanurate) or PUR (polyurethane) foam, meticulously sandwiched between two layers of high-quality sheet metal, such as galvanized steel or aluminum. Our factory offers a variety of panel thicknesses, generally ranging from 30mm to 200mm, to meet specific insulation requirements and comply with building regulations. As a trusted supplier, we ensure that our products meet high standards of quality and performance for any construction project

Product Description

Products Description
Our PIR or PUR Sandwich Roof Panel with the features of high thermal insulation value, lightweight, moisture resistant, durability, energy efficiency, versatility and easy installation, sandwich roof panel become a popular solution. PIR or PUR Sandwich roof panels are used in a wide variety of applications including industrial buildings, commercial buildings, agricultural structures as well as cold storage facilities.
Product Details
Our PIR/PUR roof panels adopt a three-wave crest design with a crest height of 36mm, which greatly improves the roof drainage effect and load-bearing capacity. It can effectively reduce construction costs while ensuring the thermal insulation effect of the building. The roof slope can be low as 3%. With exposed nail design, the nail fixing space is adjustable from 250mm to 1000mm.

Key Benefits of PIR/PUR Sandwich Panels
  • 🌡️
High Thermal Insulation Value: PUR foam has one of the lowest thermal conductivity among materials (0.022–0.025 W/m·K), ensuring maximum energy efficiency.
  • ⚖️
Lightweight: Simplifies handling and installation while reducing the structural load on the building.
  • 💧
Moisture Resistant: The closed-cell structure prevents moisture absorption, mold, and mildew.
  • 🛡️
Durability: Resistant to chemicals, UV radiation, and physical impact for a long service life.
PUR/PIR sandwich roofing panels are an essential cornerstone of contemporary roofing solutions, optimizing operating costs and minimizing environmental impact for industrial and commercial projects.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between PIR and PUR sandwich roof panels?
PIR (Polyisocyanurate) has a higher fire resistance rating (B1) and higher density, while PUR (Polyurethane) is slightly lighter with a B2 fire rating. Both offer excellent thermal insulation.
What is the minimum roof slope for these panels?
Our panels support a minimum roof slope of as low as 3%, thanks to the 36mm crest height which ensures effective drainage.
What surface materials are available?
Options include PPGI, Stainless Steel (SUS304/SUS201), Embossed Aluminum, and Ti-Mg-Zn-Al alloy, with various specialized coatings like PVDF, HDP, and EP.
What are the typical applications?
They are widely used in warehouses, cold storage facilities, manufacturing plants, and commercial or agricultural buildings.
Can the panel length and color be customized?
Yes, lengths from 1m to 18m and a full range of custom colors are available to suit specific project requirements.
How are the panels fixed during installation?
They use an exposed nail design with an adjustable fixing space (250mm to 1000mm), allowing for efficient and flexible installation.
