Established in the heart of China’s advanced logistics manufacturing hub, Shaanxi YuanShengHeTong Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. has developed into a preeminent global authority in thermal insulation architecture and refrigeration supply chain optimization. Combining over 27 years of deep-rooted refrigeration domain expertise with a sprawling modern manufacturing footprint, we offer comprehensive, state-of-the-art integrated engineering solutions.
We are a high-technology enterprise focusing on structural insulation panels, precision-engineered refrigeration machinery, project architectural design, construction execution, and lifetime after-sales services. Our multi-faceted operational philosophy integrates high-performance manufacturing, turn-key industrial contracting, and complex cross-border logistics to deliver superior value to customers across the food, retail, medical, chemical, and transportation sectors.
Understanding the core mechanics of thermal resistance is crucial for architectural design. Polyurethane (PU/PUR) and Polyisocyanurate (PIR) core technologies present the pinnacle of structural thermal insulation solutions.
While both systems use high-density polyurethane chemicals, they perform differently under extreme temperatures and fire conditions:
| Panel Thickness | Recommended Temperature Range | U-Value (W/m²·K) | R-Value (m²·K/W) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 mm | +5°C to +15°C (Processing Area) | 0.44 | 2.27 |
| 75 mm | 0°C to +5°C (Chilled Food) | 0.30 | 3.33 |
| 100 mm | -18°C to -25°C (Frozen Storage) | 0.22 | 4.55 |
| 150 mm | -25°C to -35°C (Blast Freezing) | 0.15 | 6.67 |
| 200 mm | -35°C to -50°C (Ultra-Cold Medical) | 0.11 | 9.09 |
China has become the global hub for manufacturing cold storage solutions. Our Shaanxi facility leverages this ecosystem to deliver high-quality, cost-effective products that meet international standards.
Our facility runs double-belt, continuous automated production systems. This technology ensures uniform density (40-42 kg/m³), flat steel sheets, and excellent adhesion without core voids or delamination issues.
We source raw materials—including specialized steel coatings and chemicals—from local suppliers. This structural proximity enables cost efficiency, fast lead times, and customization options for panel skins and core thickness.
Our 10-person dedicated QC team monitors raw material chemistry, mechanical properties, and structural joint tolerances (cam-lock profiles). We guarantee alignment, thermal insulation performance, and zero-defect deliveries.
Our solutions adapt to diverse temperature requirements and building regulations around the world:
A cold room is only as efficient as its seams. Our panels use a dual-joint connection system that minimizes thermal bridging:
With about 180 workers and a 10-person QC team, we maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Our factory features a 60,000 square meter production site with 4 standardized workshops equipped with advanced production lines and machinery.

A timeline of technological development, capacity expansion, and customer-focused growth in cold chain engineering.
Our founder started the business in refrigeration equipment marketing and installation, laying the groundwork for engineering excellence.
Our first factory in Shaanxi was completed, producing our first generation of insulated cam-lock sandwich panels.
Our second factory in Lanzhou was completed, expanding our sales, service, and supply network across Northwestern China.
To support international growth, the Shaanxi factory relocated to a new 120-acre facility featuring 8 advanced workshops.
We invested in our first automated split-joint production line, enhancing output consistency and dimensional tolerances.
A second automated production line was added, increasing capacity to meet rising demand from global cold storage projects.
We transitioned to eco-friendly production systems, focusing on low-GWP blowing agents to support sustainable development.
Our manufacturing systems and materials are tested and certified to comply with international regulatory and safety standards.

Our standard core density is 40–42 kg/m³. This density offers a balanced combination of mechanical strength and low thermal conductivity (R-value). Lower density foam can compromise structural strength and insulation performance, while higher density does not yield significant gains in thermal resistance.
We offer pre-painted galvanized steel (PPGI), stainless steel (SUS304 or SUS316), and aluminum-zinc alloys. Steel thickness ranges from 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm. For food processing and pharmaceutical applications, we offer food-grade, corrosion-resistant coatings.
Our PIR core panels meet European Class B-s2, d0 standards (equivalent to Chinese GB8624 Class B1) for fire safety. Under flame exposure, PIR forms a protective carbonaceous char layer that slows flame spread and minimizes smoke emission, whereas standard PU is classified as Class B2.
Yes. We design and manufacture sliding, swing, and vertical lift cold room doors, as well as insulated wall and roof panels, to match specific architectural drawings and project layout requirements.
