PIR technology represents a chemical evolution of Polyurethane (PU). By increasing the index of isocyanate, we create a highly cross-linked molecular structure that forms a protective carbonaceous "char" layer when exposed to flame. This inherent fire-retardant property is what differentiates our B-s1, d0 rated panels from conventional insulation, providing crucial minutes for emergency response and minimizing smoke toxicity—a primary factor in industrial safety compliance.
