High-grade core systems designed for absolute environmental control and structural longevity.
The thermal performance of modern infrastructure depends entirely on the molecular structure and density of its core insulation layer.
Our OEM Polyurethane (PU) and Polyisocyanurate (PIR) cores offer exceptionally low thermal conductivity, typically ranging from 0.019 to 0.022 W/(m·K). This provides unmatched thermal resistance (R-value) per unit thickness compared to EPS or mineral wool, leading to reduced structural load and significant energy savings.
Standard Polyurethane (PUR) is enhanced through chemical reactions to form polyisocyanurate (PIR) ring structures. This modification provides superior thermal stability and structural charring performance, meeting strict global fire safety standards including Class B-s1, d0 (EN 13501-1) and ASTM E84 certifications.
Our formulation ensures a closed-cell ratio exceeding 95%. The microscopic, sealed matrix acts as an integrated moisture barrier, preventing water absorption even in humid cold storage environments. This helps maintain high thermal performance throughout the building's lifecycle.

Shaanxi YuanShengHeTong Refrigeration Co., Ltd. is a professional factory and enterprise focusing on insulation panels and refrigeration equipment. Besides product manufacture, we also provide services like project design, construction, installation, as well as after-sales service.
We integrate "high quality products, one-stop project solution, engineering advanced services, and international trade" to provide customers with excellent products and satisfied services. Our involved professional fields include refrigeration of fruits, vegetables, food industry; also refrigeration of large supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, medical and logistics companies etc.
Our business in refrigeration fields started in 1996. With more than 20 years of experience in the refrigeration industry, we are confident in our professionality. Our factory is specializing in refrigeration manufacturing and technology.

Highly advanced manufacturing technologies guarantee reliability, stability, and scale for international orders.
With about 180 workers and a 10 QC team, the quality and efficiency of our products are guaranteed. We are always aiming for higher quality products and better service. Now, the factory has an existing production site of 60,000 square meters, featuring 4 standardized workshops, high quality and efficient production equipment, as well as advanced production lines and techniques. Our factory mainly produces PIR (Polyisocyanurate) and PU (Polyurethane) sandwich panels, cold storage doors, air coolers, condensers, condensing units, compressor units, and more.

Over two decades of continuous expansion, industrial innovation, and quality improvement.
Our founder started the business from refrigeration equipment marketing and installation.
With our first factory completed in Shaanxi, we produced our first cam-lock sandwich panels.
The second factory in LanZhou completed, our business started to cover the whole north-west market in China.
Follow with larger business and international business, the Shaanxi factory relocated to a larger fields, now we possess with 120 acers area with 8 advanced workshops.
With more advanced technology in insulation panel industry, we input our first automatic split-joint production line. Here the new chapter begins.
Our second advanced automatic production line put on stream, we reach to a higher productivity and efficiency with better quality.
With the responsibility of sustainability, we are now moving into an eco-friendly factory.
Meeting the strict demands of local building regulations, energy conservation programs, and modern architectural standards.
We supply solutions tailored to regional construction standards worldwide. From compliance with CE Directives for European markets to structural designs meeting FM approvals and ASTM testing codes in North America, we verify wind-load performance, fire-resistance duration, and joint sealing methods to pass local inspections.
Our strategic manufacturing location in China provides access to key chemical supply lines for MDI, Polyol, and steel sheets. With a facility output of over 60,000 square meters, we achieve optimal material yields, shorten design-to-production cycles, and guarantee stable pricing for global volume buyers.
With regulations focusing on reducing carbon footprints, we utilize pentane-blown foaming systems. This process results in zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and extremely low Global Warming Potential (GWP), meeting global environmental mandates and green building certification requirements.
How our PU wall panels protect assets, stabilize temperatures, and ensure compliance across industries.
High-volume logistics centers require reliable, thick insulation to maintain constant temperatures. Our PU panels minimize thermal bridging at joint locations, helping keep operating costs low for frozen and chilled warehouses.
Food processing lines and pharmaceutical labs require airtight cleanroom enclosures. Our flush joint structures prevent dust buildup, stand up to pressure washing, and help maintain sterile environments.
Beyond cold storage, modern office spaces and production facilities use our exterior PU cladding for its clean lines, thermal performance, and quick installation times compared to brick-and-mortar builds.
Verified and documented performance standards to give building owners, structural engineers, and investors confidence.
Answers to common engineering questions regarding the selection, application, and performance of polyurethane panel systems.
The primary difference lies in the chemistry. Polyisocyanurate (PIR) is produced using a higher ratio of isocyanate compared to standard Polyurethane (PUR). Under heat, PIR forms a strong polyisocyanurate ring structure that acts as a physical barrier to flame spread, providing superior fire performance and heat resistance compared to PUR.
Thickness selection is determined by your target operating temperature. As a general guideline:
• Fresh storage (0°C to 10°C) uses 50mm to 75mm panels.
• Frozen storage (-18°C to -25°C) uses 100mm to 120mm panels.
• Blast freezers (-35°C to -45°C) require 150mm to 200mm panels.
Factors such as local ambient temperatures, direct sunlight exposure, and relative humidity are also taken into account.
We offer two primary options:
1. Cam-lock Joint System: Features integrated eccentric hooks for quick, secure alignment and assembly in modular walk-in cold rooms.
2. Continuous Tongue and Groove (Double Tongue & Groove): Best suited for large-scale cold warehouse structures and continuous facade installations. It provides airtight seals and minimizes heat transfer.
Yes. For standard commercial environments, we use hot-dip galvanized color-precoated steel (PPGI). For food processing facilities with frequent high-pressure washdowns, we offer 304 or 316L stainless steel skins. For environments exposed to salt air, we provide specialized PVDF coatings to prevent rust and corrosion.
